Patients and referring professionals are welcome to call the office at 480.303.1133 and leave a name, day and nighttime phone numbers and mention the chief complaint with the 24/7 on call operator. Then ask for Melanie to return your call to discuss details further. Melanie will call you back as soon as she is free. Calls may be returned after hours or on weekends if necessary. A brief telephone interview is conducted prior to scheduling an appointment. Many general questions and answers about services offered, consultation fees, items covered by insurance and special assistance for those in need are reviewed. A fax can be sent as well to (602) 759-1280.

Regarding appointment times, patients can be seen within two to three weeks or less for urgent or semi-urgent cases, Monday through Thursday 8-5pm and Fridays 10am-5pm.

There are five hotels walking distance to the clinic which is in the immediate vicinity of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and the Barrow Neurological Institute. Grocery stores and restaurants are within 1/2 mile of the office. The Phoenix arts district including theatre, symphony, art galleries, fine dining, shopping centers, professional sports arenas, clubs, concerts halls and cinemas are all within three miles of the office.

Complete oto-neurological workups can be orchestrated on the campus of the Barrow Neurological Institute/St. Joseph Hospital. Multidisciplinary care is easily achieved through a close collaboration with surgical neuro-otologists, neurosurgeons, neurologists, audiologists, vestibular physical therapists, occupational and physical therapists, psychiatrists, psycholgoists, neuropsychologists, internists, allergists, endocrinologists and other medical and surgical physicians.

The practice model has been implemented specifically to preserve the sanctity of the patient-doctor relationship and the practice of private medicine. Patients play an active role in their health-related decisions. The doctor works for the patient exclusively - not a third-party insurance company or government entity. As a result, more personal time is available for listening to patients and explaining findings, workups and plans to them. I constantly strive to render my patients thorough and customized oto-neurological care.

I thank you for visiting my website and look forward to the privilege of seeing you in consultation.

Sincerely,

Michael J. A. Robb, M.D.
